December 13th, 2019 - Stormy South

Windstorm since 5AM here in Southern France... we have constant Eastbound wind in excess of 100km/h, and it will last all day long (forecast says at least until 10PM). It's kinda like Twister, but on laminar flow, impressive... And it's Wednesday the 13th to funnily sum it up We're locked up inside the house obviously, with the van safely parked against one of the buildings in the garden, windshield against the 30+YO hedge (rock-solid), so she's kinda safe. Pitty she doesn't fit in any of the garages here - for now. On the other hand, it's a proper crash-test for mom's greenhouse! (polycarbonate panels sandwitched between two steel profiles, bolted together with locknuts, each frame being heavily welded together and the whole structure bolted to the concrete walls and foundations). Meanwhile I'll be busy all day long - if/when the electricity is restored - with the prototype GemScanner (LiveCode is playing me tricks with the arduino that drives it all). And nomming hoammaed caek "
